Fugger-Babenhausen/Löwenstein-Wertheim-Freudenberg Wedding in Wertheim

On Saturday 24.06. the little town Wertheim the most northern town of Baden-Württemberg saw a big noble Wedding when Princess Sophie zu Löwenstein-Wertheim-Freudenberg and Count Constantin Fugger of Babenhausen married there religious in the Stiftskirche.

took the opportunity to drive to Wertheim for the day. After i arrived there i meet some friends and together we went to the Church to save a good place there. Not much people where there yeet and the entrance to the Church was still decorated with floer-girlands. About 10 a clocksecveral young men apparently relatives of the bridal couple arrived who grreted the guests there. Most of the guests where not dirven to the Church but instead the walked through the oldtown of Wertheim up the Church. Some time before the Servie was to start the groom arrived and waited before the Church for some time. Also the flower children where there and poised nice for the press and people. Short after 11 a clock the bride together with her father arrived in an oldtimer. After getting out of the Cer the posed before it for quiet some time so everyone who wanted could make a photo of them. The birde whore a birdal gown which has designed in  Munich a family Veil from 1860 and a big Family diamond tiara with emerald drops. Then they went into the Church. The oecumnical Servie which lasteed for about 1 hour was led by Hayo Büsing, the Dean of the Stiftskirche Wertheim., Diaconus Count maximiluian of Galen and Pastor Klaus Betschinske. When the Service ended and the dorr opened first friedns of the bridal Couple came out and stood a both sided of the bluie Carpet. All the photographers stormed forwars to make the best pics so at first it was almost impossible to see the bridal couple but suddenly they where gown and i was standing direct before the bride and groom. The then walked a bit down the place before the Church and heard to to the Music of Wertheiemr hornblowers. Then they walked away and wen later in the oldtimer who brought them to the Castle in Kreuzwertheim. All the guests walked through the oldtown to the shipping pier and where driven in a ferry to Kreuzwertheim (which is in Bavaria) where a reception took place in the Castle. I did not foolow the guests but waited until all of them had gone and took the look into the Church. There the florists already where busy with removing the flower decorations.
Later in the afternoon i and a friedn decided to got to the Castle in Kreuzwertheim to see the guests leaving the recption. Most of them of course where already gone. As it was known that t´would be a Gala in the evening i deciided to wait and have a look again in the evening towards the Castle. We could see mandy of the known and lesser known guests arring there in either Cars and busses. And it turned out that the dresscode was white tie which menat the man whore talls and Orders and then ladies long gowns and many of them also tiara and other Jewels. After most of them had arrived i decided to leave and drive home again.
